  • Sean Chen | Founder & CEO

    For the past 42 years, Sean has worked in oil exploration for 7 years, 20 years in the U.S. government developing advanced ITS systems in California, 3 years in law school, and has worked in many U.S., China, and Japanese tech companies. Recently, Sean has been working mostly in the research and development of different nanotech fields.

  • Dr. Caleb Zia | Vice Chariman of the Board - International

    Dr. Caleb Zia got his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering, and a doctorate degree in higher education (Ed. D), from the University of Southern California. He held high positions in many different industries, such as being the president of Maui Airlines, and the Director and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Grand National Bank. In February 2009, he was appointed a four-year term as a Regent for Southern California University of Health Sciences.

  • George Sycip | Co-Vice Chairman of the Board - International

    George Sycip is the President of Halanna Management Corporation and a founding principal of Galaxaco Group LLC. He chairs the board of Give2Asia and serves as a director for the Global Heritage Fund. Mr. Sycip advises companies on cross-border ventures between the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and holds board positions at Agritech Group Holdings International, Alliance Select Foods International, and Bank of the Orient. He also served on the Advisory Board of Stanford's Institute for International Studies for over 15 years. He holds an A.B. from Stanford and an M.B.A. from Harvard.

    Dr. Danny Yu has been the president of the non-profit ESEC (Educational Services Exchange with China) for the past 40 years. Under Dr. Yu’s leadership, ESEC has provided a strong bridge between the United States and China, with the help of the desire to spread education.

  • Chelsea Deng | Vice Chairman of the Board - Finance

    Chelsea Deng is a financial advisor working in Beverly Hills, California, who has been in the advisory business for 16 years. Deng currently works for Morgan Stanley. During their career, the advisor has held roles at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc, Bank Of America, N.A, Morgan Stanley and Morgan Stanley Private Bank, N.A. Deng maintains a Series 66 license, designating them as both a securities agent and an investment advisor representative, and is approved to work in California.
